I don't see anything serious in those screenshots. Could you please explain your problems clearly so i can stand with if it is wrong ?

Ok let me explain, At first you don't need to panic
Let the security department do their job. They are kept for our own safety, if something suspicious happens with your account, they locks it which is actually good especially when you are betting big
Today is Tuesday, the day you reported might be sunday so may be they were not at work, Yesterday was Cyber monday so may be they were busy at shopping
