I think maybe create a game is cultural oriented. For example,

Random 10 question and your answer with probably fair AI answers...
Who know more, will win all money. basically, 2x
If you want to double that, you can continue with another round bla bla bla...

But still have a problem. People want to play with that ?

Other problem is game bots and i can solve with captcha, random answers, image based chaptcha like questions and 30 sec. answer limit like things...

It can be playable and honestly sounds good. Will better than any game like that. Can play with another user and if beat, gain all money on pot.
You can play with your friends at home for earn money.

BUT still need a players, advertorial investments and development process...
I have only development things.. Pff... I guess, i will create a new idea and just skip that.

Well this game concept is very interesting, what the questions like? for example question?
I think this is unique game idea which bring gambling game to new level, people at least will try it, just make it completely.
If this game bet PvP how to provide the result? who win/lose.
