3.1 i think is good, 2 bitcoin have manager campaign and escrow (lutphin and avirunes) , and 1.1 distibution to participants

I don't understand your counting completely.
If this money is not going back to the main owner, because he is scammer, it should be distributed equally to all participants. If escrow consider that it is to much for participants, or it is not fair, all this money should be sent to
charity.
