If they are cheating, those 13 losses will still be 13 losses regardless of the bet.

I assumed that OP was thinking that they generated hashs that would have long LO streaks for the first thousand bets, or something, and I assumed that he verified every bet and made sure the seeds were the same, and that no nonces were skipped. The provably fair system works, so their for them to cheat, it would be mostly detectable.
