How do you explain the fact that, when I wrote to 1xbit life chat, they gave me email

Apparently guys from signature campaign do not know anything about the company and are here just to distraction attention of new users, who do not know how 1xbit treats users.
As I have said earlier they have the same platforms so obviously 1xbit are using 1xbet features.

Read the whole thread cause this matter has been long resolved by 1xbit already . I doubt that he will answer the same questions again and again .
It is incorrect explanation. Let me explain you why.
Imagine you are in support team of 1xbit and you have different team from 1xbet. Now a customer asks you to resolve some issue. You should understand that if you provide the email of @1xbet the customer will not be able to find the resolution. But that what has happened to me.
Clearly what 1xbit said is incorrect.
If he is saying incorrect things about support team, I doubt about the fact of different owners.
I talked to life chat around a month ago, so information is up to date.
