Do you confirm that there is no history transactions on your site? It is a signficant thing for a gambling site imho, players should be able to check all his transactions under his account info on your site.
If you do not have it then I highly suggest you to add this feature as soon as possible.

I thought there are some problems need to resolve including that, I suggest to add an option about guide for new comers so they won't ask about basic things such as how to bet or withdraw.
I have visited the site used Firefox 50.0.2, when I click an option, it seems slow response (no connection problem)
I don't know, just feel the interface doesn't really easier to handle for newbie, I mean new costumers.
Not complaining but only share my thoughts.

i agree that the site template really slow if you open it use firefox
and even sometimes give me a 'not responding' error while i have a lot of space disk in my computer
but i really love the mobile friendly template , it's help me to bet anywhere over my cell phone , you may have to try it
about the interface that 1xbit have i guess it's normal for a newbie to confuse at first time, they just need to learn a lot of stuff out there.
