this boat is abandoned.
any fork would likely need:
1. strong/stable/quick gravity well*can readjust in 3hrs or 9 blocks .MAX even if hammered / something that readjusts every 60sec.
2. stick with the 20 min range block (slow is good metric)
3. clear with Polo camp before moving ahead
20 minute blocks ? That seems rather on the extreme... but let me familiarize. I see it is listed on Bittrex and Poloniex. Can you approach them and see what their position is ?

It's vanilla for now , but should be able to connect to the network soon based on how much time i can allocate.
