You ever think maybe they are waiting for ICNX token to be launched, then exchanges can list ICN and ICNX at the same time?

It has only been 6 weeks since ICN launched on October 25

ICNX token has been known to be coming since the whitepaper.  If I was a major exchange, I would think: "might as well just wait 2 months and list ICN+ICNX at the same time, instead of going through the process twice"
