No, it's not 200% but 20,000%, it's from BTC0.001 to BTC0.2 which means this guy was extremely lucky and he is like winning a lottery with the percentage of winning he hits. I hope, my luck will also come, if not this year maybe early next year, betting a small amount is always manageable as when you lose you can still play for tomorrow.

Correct the problem is people look at those numbers and the greed takes hold of them, because they begin to think that if they pout bigger bets and instead bet 0.1BTC then they could get hundreds of coins, but what it happens is they lose that money and more sine they are now hooked to gambling.

With that, you are gambling in an unrealistic approach and I am pretty sure you'll not win unless you are too lucky. Winning 50% is a day is already a big accomplishment on a gambler and how much more if you can maintain that in a span of time or in the long run. The thing is, if others are winning that certain big amount despite of the small bankroll, we should not automatically think that we are also entitled to have some kind of luck.
