If the lawsuit goes forward and gets certified as a class action (chances are not looking good though) you will have the opportunity to opt in, so you haven't missed anything yet.

how much you lose? maybe kermy can help you out? he can probably talk to his brother josh to get you that $20 per paycoin. though it depends how much unemployment benefit he has left after the child support to that other woman.
