However, if you want to run it 100% stable @190W at wall with such hashrate, it will take some time. With better ASIC would be easier of course. Probably can do a bit over 320H too, but I do not consider it before winter gets colder here

Latest, 16.12.1.
Using these ROM-s as is will probably give you just about what you said. With extra timings mod on top of them you will get more.
