A moderator on all the sites I'm aware of is not able to process withdrawals, they have the ability to ban people and answer questions. This owner and his operation are doing just fine. This isn't his full time job anymore, but what he does offer is a great site that runs on it's own on a day to day basis, and I trust him with many btc. Trust is the most important thing any owner can offer. He always responds to emails just understand the situation and if your ok with waiting a day or two this is a great place to play.
The truth is most aren't willing to wait over a few hours and so a shitstorm is ready to raise. Most people (including me) are extremely impatient when it comes to their money. From an investor point of view it probably isn't that bad, I'd assume you guys are a lot more patient than any of us degenerates

Thank you billyburns and boxxob, I admit it is my responsibility to respond faster. I'm trying to do this and recently most email complaints were resolved faster.
I think we have been doing good in term of 'eventually resolving problem' or 'running a dice site in the past 2 years' . Other than site's updates, customer service improvement will be our next priority.
Problems have for sure been solved eventually in pretty much every case I've seen on the forums so there's nothing to complain about that.
