That's absolutely correct and I'd like to chip this in, money management doesnt just involve risking an appropriate amount on everytrade. It also involves managing a winning trade from start to finish. This is an important part of any good trading methodology th at is often overlooked by beginning and expert traders alike.

Money management strategy is the foundation of successful trading. I find out that a wining trading can turn to losing trade if a trader has a bad money management habit. Trading, good if you are, a winner and bad if you are, a loser not for a single trade but cumulated trades.
