did you check public key and private key? Did you check that the public key and private key is related to the domain on which you want to add captcha? I'm asking this question one time this issue happened with me, I had done everything correct my public key and private key of Google recaptcha was correct but the captcha was still showing wrong because both key was belonging to my other domain.

Hey, this problem is not with keys. The problem is with your web host. It happens if you use a free web host. Long time ago, when I used free host, I faced the problem. Then I have purchased a good web hosting package and now everything is fine.
