I know a lot of people are a bit pessimistic about this issue as it's leaning more on fiction than reality but there are cases wherein it cannot be explained and people actually are able to move objects without having contact. I also believe that the ability of the brain are endless. If people have used it to full effect, they would long ago have been able to do all sorts of weird things.
