It's difficult to avoid "insider trading" in crypto. Too many people get to know things in advance.

You can't really look at it in the same way as with the stock market, either, from a legal standpoint.

I would say if anybody has an ethical issue with unfair trading, then crypto is not the best place for them.

No offence intended to you, though.

Even if somebody on the inner circle doesn't use info to their advantage, there's nothing to stop them tipping off friends etc. instead.

The thing is , you can never know how things would impact the market.
On the other hand the price could go up due to this delay and not down.
Its all about how strong you believe in a project and how far you are willing to go or sacrafice.
