Well, yes. Purchasing a key automatically gives you TF2 premium. If you buy an item from the Steam market, the item will still be tradable even if you don't have Steam.

The method isn't extremely saturated, but I see fewer people buying the final product and a couple of listings already out there (40+). You're also going to need some metal if you want to do this method from scratch and have a decent understanding of tf2 and crafting/trading and all that jazz. For 10$, I don't think it's too bad of a method, but I definitely think that this could get saturated eventually. Feel free to pm me with any more questions!

I've noticed a recent rise in sales. This method has been going for a long while, I recently cashed in for CSGO items. Here's my Steam account - www.steamcommunity.com/id/whytebear. Currently do not have access to it because I want to wean myself of games for school.
