If you were buying yesterday the price would be back @ 30k sats cause yesterday it required only a few btc to bring the price back up.

I don't think people will be ready to buy ICN at this time.. I am sure if bitcoin price stay at 970$ or increase more ICN price will dump more and more..
because everyone buying trying to get as much btc as they can. and you can't blame anyone. everyone is free to do whatever they want to do.
