Yup, that's why they didn't collect taxes is that. Bitcoin is not regulated here in the Philippines, which means even if you earn. They will not interfere, vice versa, if you are scammed. They will not responsible for that to get your money back. But, if they regulate the Bitcoin here. We can minimize the instances of Scams and our protection against them will be established. So for me, paying tax is Worth if our security will be observed.
