Only about 2 months away. People must not have a lot of hope for torrents before then, else speculation would drive the price up way higher than it is now.

Documentation > PR > Chinese Exchange > Price higher (through the roof)

I think we should get a wiki up and running. Also, getting on something like Shapeshift would be helpful. Not to mention Poloniex (though as we know this is especially difficult)

Have the devs applied to Poloniex?

Twitter posts always help. I don't see many tweets coming from the main VTR twitter. It would be great to use that for some marketing / get another vTorrent twitter up and running.

Getting a reddit up would help inform/ reach new people.

These are all things that can be worked on while the devs work the technical side.
