This is daylight robbery. No point in playing with these highly unregulated bitcoin casinos I suppose. Check if they fall under any regulatory, if they do, ask for an ADR. Else, proceed legally.
They are one of the "licensed" casinos. Please note that nearly every issue a gambler reports, almost bar none, stems from a site licensed in Curacao. Being licensed/regulated as a casino is next to meaningless since every country handles gaming legislation differently.
As for the OP:Unfortunately it sounds like you broke their T&C (which is crazy). Something most don't realize, is that at many casinos, bonuses actually lower your probability of walking away with profit. As a general rule of thumb, avoid any casino site that is deploying "licensed" software. You are not only chaining yourselves to their initial bonuses (most require very high turnover rate, while also minimizing the max bet size), but you are playing at relatively ridiculous house edges. You would have a much better experience (not to mention never being asked for documents if you happen to win big... funny they never ask for documents when people lose) if you played at a provably fair Bitcoin casino.
Suggested casinos to check out:
PrimeDice.com
BustaBit.com
MoneyPot.com (disclosure: I am a partial owner of MoneyPot)
BitDice.me
All of the mentioned sites above have been running for 1+ year, are provably fair, and have solid customer support. Oh, and the RTP will be considerably higher than what sites like Casino Extreme could ever offer you.
That's the thing though, I didn't break any rules on my bonus.

Where does it say the wager requirement is endless? I see 30x before withdrawal can be processed. If I can withdraw the money why can't I play Blackjack? That would make 0 sense. If they tell me I can withdraw it, how can they tell me I can't play blackjack with it? And again, why do all of the games unlock after wager reqs are met? He's just lying through his teeth. Oh and I do play most of those sites.. I'm a bustabit addict, play about every day damn near.. Won quite a bit of cash there as well..
Never heard this site, it is a small site? And it is bitcoin site? Shame on these scammers. They are liars, you should play in legit casinos
They're pretty big from what I understand. They also had a great reputation according to askgamblers.com. Thats what was so shocking about this whole thing. It's not purely a bitcoin site, they do accept and make payments with bitcoin though. They used to just be a straight up casino, it's an RTG site, Real Time Gaming.

Yeah, I know, it's sad I've already deposited twice since this incident too. But you're right, I won't be contributing another penny to these thieves. And I'm really hoping the word will spread that they are liars and cheats. So much for that good reputation they had. I submitted an official complaint with askgamblers.com, it's looking like it won't be resolved so that's a permanent mark on their record. Thanks for the responses guys.
Make a complaint on the various watchdog sites..Casinomeister and AskGamblers...you absolutely should be allowed to play BJ if the wagering was complete. I do the same exact thing on another RTG casino group and always get paid.
Most of the CR reps are clueless on situations like this so go over their heads.
I already got a complaint published on askgamblers, i'll check out casinomeister next, haven't been there before, ty. If you wanna help me out, go say that on my askgamblers complaint, I've told him that, the other RTG's would pay on that.. he won't listen though..
