So cointrader gave me an excellent idea. To start avatar bonuses. I have created a beautiful avatar. For those than can change their avatar, I will be giving out bonuses each week. It will follow the same pay rate as the signature bonus.
I have made the avatar the best quality I can with the max size that bitcointalk will allow.
This will be big, because we will be everywhere!!!!! An avatar will get MUCH more attention than a signature. PLEASE if you have the rank to change your avatar , PLEASE do.
