I especially wanted to check everything, before serious deposits, how the card works, how the support works...
A bit sad, but looks like I can not trust well to that service. But the card is nice, I've checked it on Google Play, works good.
I wanted to top up it and pay for my hosting, etc... but anyway it's always risk and no way to get the money back....
...so I dont think I'll do it... if the support so... quiet.... Grin

You're right about 1$ not being much but this card isn't really worth it for long term use because variation from market rates is so great that users would essentially be losing money each time they load the card.
