Yes but trading is far better because with time it gives you knowledge and experience but gambling you would just end up digging a bigger and bigger loss only. I will strictly advice all to quit gambling all together.

I agree on your two opinions. Gambling can be a way to entertain yourself when you are bored or you are stressed from work. It can also taught you a lesson about money. That it should be spend wisely and not wasted on something you can't risk. If you do gambling accept that you can lose your money after you gamble.
