That's very ignorant to post this,I have never encountered a proof of stakes coin that can mine even if your wallet is off,all proof of stakes coin needs to synced their wallet first before they can stake their wallet,I don't know if this guy is really staking a coins or he just mistype ,but there is no correction on the part of the thread starter.
