Even with a balance of half a coin or coin, most bitcoin gamblers always withdraw at the end of the day and put it in some sort of cold storage to prevent these issues.

May be you should see past of his posting, because he was not earning there but he make deposit to make an investment there but he claimed suddenly his balance is gone and OP is trying to fix his issue
