I purchased something via PayPal, which the seller refunded to me. It is showing up as refund "completed" on PayPal, but not showing on my GBP debit card after 3 days. Is there any issue with PayPal refunds to a virtual debit card ?

the refund processed by your shop merchant (here is paypal) and it out of our control
we only show card balance when money come ( it normal take from 5 to 15 working days ) we can not do it faster. you always make sure merchant confirmed they make refund. some merchant they do manual refund could take delay by their staff

Today same happen to me I also lost money because they are saying I have unverified card Visa implement new law that no one can use card without verification its start from 15 December 2016 very big shit

so it is only valid for the founding money via Visa from a third party as PayPal, Skrill
