I guess not important for support / admin to reply your ticket. You just yelling "I Want Refund bla bla bla" . You've agreed to all policies of site when you register. If you feel cheated (Rigged) There's provably fair to prove.

For now its useless you should know the risk before you gamble.. I think almost all people here are agree that it is your fault you can not recover your money you gamble and lose.. unless if you win there and you can not withdraw your funds or you funds decreases even you are not gamble that we can say fraudulent. much better to gamble in other game than dice because your funds can drain there fast.. like poker games it takes long time before you can drain your wallet..
