999dice is not on the list because the site has some very ,let me put it this way, questionable provably fair system
in short: the site doesn't reveal the seed before the bet,only after you click on the provably fair checker
so, in theory,if you never check your results ,it could be abused by the owner to toss you a precalculated losing server seed
