Sorry to delayed your deposit.

We tried our test deposit again.But the transaction was deposited automatically.
So we are trying to find out the cause of the problem why the transaction was not deposited.

Not really sure how many confirmations, but as far as I remember it was 15confirmations but still not showing up on my account then I decided to send them email and they replied within 15minutes and they credited my deposit manually.
