PrimeDice has had issues before, especially in PD3 with the autobet not stopping right away. I remember in PD3 it would wait 2-4 more bets before actually stopping.

Hell, for all I know, Primedice's database could glitch, and your balance would go from 10.0 to 0 without making a bet, and they'd still not refund you. Very bad customer support for that reason, I think these issues need to start going more public. People should know about how Primedice handles these issues.

It's only because Primedice's voice is louder than mine, that my voice can't be heard. Very bad business model.

Send me a PM with full proof this is both a reproducible issue and a fault on our side and I will both refund you and fix this issue.

I don't see how anything other than connectivity issues would influence your ability to stop your autobet sequence. The only way I could see this as our fault is if the stop autobet button vanished.

Recently i made a profit of 1.5 BTC from primedice and bought a new iPhone 6s Smiley i rained around 0.1 BTC on chat and enjoyed a lot with my friends like showrov, singpays and a lot more.

I forgot to ask about the auto bet bug which sucked my balance of 0.21 BTC right after pd4 was released, a month ago micro told me that a developer will look into my account and i might get a refund, but i didn't get any message from pd community regarding this.

I took a video of the bug most clearly happening. I can't blame Primedice devs for much more than simply not testing the mobile autobet enough. However, the issue is being looked into and we should be getting our rightful refunds soon

I've reviewed the video and from what I can see this isn't an issue on our end and isn't something that we needs to fix. The user clicks down to highlight a username then tries to click stop autobet. You can post the video here for others to review if you'd like.

So the first video didn't work? Please don't waste my time with this, I recognized your username (spongeboob) and I have no interest in talking to you further. The amount of fake allegations right from brand new alt accounts is quite annoying.

I've just sent you another video that clearly disproves what you just sent me. You are a very respectable and smart admin however I think what you sent me is a little embarassing on your side -_- a 10 second video just disproved your message.

Don't push myself aside just because I have a new member here, I've been a long-term customer for you and my issue is clearly a real issue and bug in your website.

I've recorded a 3rd video, proving that anything can be highlighted and it would still work. It was simply a mistake when recording.

The glitch is still existent. The refund has not been sent
