There are no transactions associated with that address. Coinbase should provide you with a transaction id and a link to blockr.io for the transaction.

This seems like an issue on Coinbase's end. You should contact their support.

Better is to get the support from the service provider, the same problem got with my web wallet. On contacting the service provider they forwarded the proof of transaction and sought out the issue.
