im sure i pressed send and not preview. I wasnt aware that I didnt have enough fees, I was under the impression electrum sets the fees automatically as long as i dont change the amount in the settings. is there any way to pay the additional amount in fees?

Is that your transaction? It showed up just now while I was watching the address. No idea what happened though.
