The company only incorporated on Jan 7, so maybe the prior agreement isn't legally valid, but it looks like there was an understanding between the parties, some blitz execs and Chris. Need someone with contract law expertise to comment.

Secondly, why don´t you go to the Blitz Devs Core and talk to them about their poor decision making? Because, they will be the ones with Chris confirming or denying what is going on.

The blitz dev was the same guy as the stratis dev killakem, Chris Trew, so going to the core dev of blitz to ask questions brings you to this fucking thread, that's why the Blitz guys who weren't aware of this secret deal are pissed off.

Well, what you are saying is not exactly true. Killakem developed as a freelancer for Blitz. He was not one of the founder. So Chris made a proposition to the Devs and they did not relay this to community. So if this document is true the only ones to blame are the official Blitz dev and not Chris.
As I mentionned earlier, this topic will be cleared between Blitz dev and Chris.
I would be also pissed off if I had the opportunity to have invested in Stratis and nobody had asked me. But how can you start blaming Chris, this is what I do not understand.
