I don't plant to build a mining farm in the city. and I know you can't just simple set up an atm that's why I asked if foreigners can get a business permit. I also asked if the electricity is cheap. You can set up a business here but Philippine laws are strict with regard to foreign investors and you might have problems with it if you are going to go though legal channels. I believe there is a requirement that you will need to have 60% Filipino owned and only 40% foreign owned if you're building a corporation There is a way you can bypass some requirements which a lot of foreign entities are doing anyway. Also, regards setting up in malls, I don't think you'll really profit out of it yet. Since bitcoins is really still unknown in the Philippines, and since electricity is expensive maybe your profit from the ATM will just be eaten up by it and the rent you'll pay to SM or any other mall.
