It can make someone rich depending on his situation and event. There are people who are betting with lottery and manage to be lucky for their entire life and becomes rich for winning the pot once in their life time. There are also some people who are winning in lottery for a couple or even more and that's making them rich.

I dont beleive that lotto is good to play with money which you need or with bank which you use for gambling because it isnt skilled game where you can use your own skills like in poker tables.

Gambling can't make somebody rich and it's an universal truth I guess.I have never seen a single person who became rich from gambling.I will be happy if I got some penny from gambling but most of the time I don't get profit.Though pokers Is skill based gambling but still you need luck and your chances of winning is very low.
