The pre ICO already finish were waiting now for the main ICO to launch wait for the dev announcement when it will be started.

Pre-ICO wasn't finished but just paused. Pre-ICO will be restarted again.. main ICO will still take some time.

Please read above anouncements, campaign was closed after 2 weeks, not 3 weeks.. anyone wearing signature after that will not be our responsibility.

If the project is, it still takes a long time, the same as all the participants had to wait longer than the payment of pre-ICO this project ..
