They were explained also all accusations. Several times have been coming here shill "Newbie" users and posting links to some strange pages. Everything was explained.

But they do not explain about the accusation about their casino games which is accused using pirated software. Pirated means not original or even worst it is like stolen software.
Curious to know their defense about it, once a site is proved using pirated software then the site cant be trusted.

Also, many times it was mentioned that this is not support thread, so they don't check what is going on here everyday.

You should contact 1xbit in case you're looking for the answer, do not complain here I suggest.
If you don't want to bet on the site, feel free to try others and do not revile here.
But I can say how much I love the sports book by 1xbit, and never have an issue all this time, just like I said, people believe what they want to.

I do agree with you that they should not complain in the forum and best to do is contact 1xbit administrators in order to attain their concerns be answered with a right information, so that it will solve any circumstances that had happen. Yeah in my own experience I also don't have any issues that could result to major concerns regarding any sports book or other games of gambling related to 1xbit, and all of us who enjoy would always trust this site rules and kept being responsible.

sometimes rude counteraction of posting really helps so that the devs of this site will answer if they see the compromised person posted some proofs of his problem who still occuring, we see a lot of gambling site who is so slow on taking some counter action on their site problems, so posting here and messaging them can rush  things out if people are been pissed of when they are not been satisfied enough for the site action regarding to their claims.
