I went into my MT.Gox account and enter the code
MTGOX-USD-GK9YV-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXXX
and this is the error I recieve,
"This code cannot be redeemed (non existing or already used)"  

The ZipZap payment slip is the #773 400 569

Sorry.  You were on my original ticket escalation list so I had submitted a ticket for you in the past.  However, I will put you on today's support list so I can offer you more detailed updates.
