Why shy away from the initial idea PoW+PoS? Please don't do pure PoW model!

The good proposals:

- live adjustments to PoW & PoS block's "value" and ratios of PoW to PoS blocks;
- to limit NF to something rational (for example, between NF14 & NF16)

It is hard to argue for PoW-PoS as the track record is not good. With that said, senjd will hopefully be implementing some changes soon to at least test to see if sticking with PoS-PoW is still a viable pursuit.

I think freezing the NF is a good idea. NF changes have destroyed the coin every time. I'm thinking NF16 to set YAC apart from UTC. It will be good to have more ideas, but there really needs to be rational behind an opinion.
