I am not sure if having VIP section with no limits who can join, is that good idea. It devalues this feature in my eyes.
Plus, having higher priority online support for VIP members is not something that should be ever considered.
It creates distortion and split users into better and worse category.

Hi Slark, sorry we may not have written the copy well. All casino members are eligible for the VIP Club and membership is free, but it is by invitation only. We will look into making that clearer. Once players reach a level of play they will be invited by email to join the club. Think of it exactly the same as a high rollers in a brick a mortar casino.
The concierge is a special email which only VIP Club members can contact, and who will be regularly in contact with them. We will be providing members with everything from special welcomes, to watches and sun glasses depending on their play as well as a bit of a personal touch.
