It's not about islam as a religion, geography has to do a lot more with that than just a religion.
It has nothing to do with geography. The Islamic terrorism transcends geographic boundaries. We have recorded Islamic extremism in all the inhabited continents, with the incidence directly proportional to the percentage of the Muslims.
