It has nothing to do with geography. The Islamic terrorism transcends geographic boundaries. We have recorded Islamic extremism in all the inhabited continents, with the incidence directly proportional to the percentage of the Muslims.

All Muslims are terrorists. Some commit acts of terrorism while others cover them. Why can't I hear the news when the Muslim community helped to reveal the criminals who planned the attack?
