Let me give you another advice. Can you change another payment like Ethereum, Lisk and so on? Their blockchain is still fresh and take only 10s. Beside this, ad network pool is less than 1BTC and spread to thousands of publishers. So micro payment will be continue. And BTC is not for micro payment anymore. It transformed to digital gold. People buy and hold as investment. No use. Hope you guys will find best answer.
