Correct, that could apply to a low marketcap coins, specially those ones of extreme fund and much probably Extreme funds will not be public information in the future because of this factor (possibility to do a P&D scheme)

But for all the other ones, you should need a really big bunch of $$ to make this process happen (10-20M at least). Let's be sincere, not so many people is looking at Blue Magic right now. Grin

Even with that, this is not the same as wall st. behaviour? I think we all know where are the best investors and companies positioned in and what happens when they move on... It's just called market power or market influence and you cannot control that Wink
