try to find bb directory by searching string byteball.
this directory should contain:
- folder: User Data
- files: byteball.sqlite | byteball.sqlite-shm | byteball.sqlite-wal

then make a backup and install a new version.

nope i think you can find it more on programfiles

(assuming windows machine), best is backup your seed

On a Windows machine, you should back up %localappdata%\byteball, this is necessary to restore blackbytes, and is enough. You can also back up your seed, the recovery from seed recovers only bytes.
