It's a foreign security, if even that, Americans go through brokerages to get those all the time. Any real world trader knows this. Heck, most of them have foreign securities in their 401ks. Your FUD level is nonsensical at best but is bordering on the things so noobishly simple to debunk that you are just trolling, poorly. You should really learn the basics of global trade and try harder next time, failure. At least vary your punctuation and time stamps, idiot.  Please for the love of god call the SEC and show them your brilliance on foreign investing fundamentals, I am sure, like many here, they too would be simply dazzled with your marvelous lack of working knowledge.
