This is the official position. Yes, this match is the reason. Bets on this match were refunded all the others were unblocked. I can't do more, sorry.

This is an unfortunate decision ,what if the match results were the other way round,what if he lost that bet with an upset will you come up with the same decision,if you mess up something,you have to take the responsibility and make sure it never happens again rather than canceling the bet and closing the issue like this.

Exactly the same question I want to ask. I think it will be different if h4ns lost the bets, and they will not really care about it because they did not need to pay something for their own fault.
They should double check on any odds they are offering to players to avoid this issue. If they found something wrong with the odds then they can reject the bets placed by players then remove/revise the odds.
