You are talking as if US is a peace loving country.Look at what they have done to many countries in the name of countering terrorism and how did the ISIS get hold of US manufactured weapons,do you think they looted and purchased from the black market,it is because they were given to them by the US and when they found out that they cannot control them,what did they do,they thought let them fight between themselves and put an end to this.

Orrrr... in reality ISIS could have gotten them from raiding Iraqi military bases and taking them from the soldiers there. The US gave billions of dollars of equipment to the Iraqi government for their troops and a lot of them have been taken by ISIS.
