The simplest fix is to install bread wallet on your phone and import your wallet words into it. There's been an iPhone version of bread wallet for years, and last summer they released an android version.

If you install bread wallet make sure it's the real one. There was a fake bread wallet put on the Apple store six months ago. Its probably been removed by now, but others might appear.

I posted some alternative solutions to a similar problem in the post linked below, but that fix is more work. It involves putting your wallet words into an offline webpage that generates a set of addresses and private keys. You can then import any private keys containing Bitcoins into any type of wallet you want (electrum gives you instant access to your coins).

To be clear, I just use my same wallet words to import the keys and essentially the funds with breadwallet?
